🏙 What Image Dimensions Should I Use For My Submission?
Our goal is to ensure the best experience for our readers.
In an effort to create a more uniform feel for our content, we suggest all submissions follow Substack’s recommendation for images.
They are as follows:
Logo: At least 256 x 256 px with a transparent background.
Email banners: Recommended 1100 x 220 px should have a transparent background, but could have background color and be taller.
Cover image: 1280px x 720px
Social / post preview image: We recommend at least 1456 x 1048 px, but 420 x 300 px is the minimum. 14:10 is the aspect ratio for the preview images.

Once we receive your submission, our team will review it, and if approved, we'll add your podcast or episode to our New Releases.
But that's not all - we're also accepting episode submissions from existing podcasters!

We do our best to create a newsletter that brings value to our subscribers. There can be a number of reasons why your submission may not have been published. Our team works hard to curate Some reasons may be:

All BPA member submitted content gets priority over non-BPA members unless you are advertising with us. You can join the BPA here!
We do not publish offensive material. We reserve the right to determine what is offensive and/or does not fit our brand.
