At BlkPodNews.com, we aim to provide high-quality, relevant content for the podcasting community. To maintain these standards, all submissions must follow the guidelines below.

1. Originality & Relevance

  • Submissions must be original and relate to the podcasting industry. This includes news, industry trends, or tools that benefit podcast creators.

  • Content should be timely, providing new insights, announcements, or resources.

2. Content Types

  • Press Releases: Timely, factual news related to podcasting. Examples include new product launches, events, and business updates.

  • Guest Editorials/Op-Eds: Well-reasoned opinion pieces backed by relevant data and facts.

  • Tools & Resource Recommendations: Detailed reviews of tools, platforms, or resources that help podcasters improve production or audience engagement.

  • Job Seeker Submissions: Submit a brief resume and portfolio to be highlighted in the BPN Hire Me! Spotlight section.

3. Formatting & Structure

  • All submissions should be 500-800 words.

  • Use clear headings, subheadings, and bullet points where applicable for easy reading.

  • Include an engaging introduction that clearly summarizes the article or press release.

4. Tone & Style

  • Maintain a professional yet approachable tone.

  • Ensure content is accessible to a wide audience, avoiding overly technical language unless necessary.

5. Plagiarism & Attribution

  • All content must be original or properly attributed. Ensure all quotes, data, and third-party sources are clearly referenced.

6. Image & Multimedia Requirements

  • Include high-quality images (JPEG/PNG) with proper licenses.

  • Submit images with a minimum resolution of 72 dpi and relevant captions.

7. Submission Process

  • Submissions must be made via our form at bit.ly/BPNPressReleaseSubmission.

  • Include a short author bio (50-100 words) with relevant credentials and any portfolio links.

  • Attach all images and multimedia with your submission form.

8. Review & Editing

  • Submissions may be edited for clarity, grammar, and length.

  • BlkPodNews.com reserves the right to reject content that does not align with our editorial standards or mission.

9. Deadlines & Timeliness

  • Press releases should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event or news announcement.

  • Guest editorials or articles will be reviewed within 10 business days.
