💼 Position: Partner Manager Opening
The Podglomerate, a leader in podcast production, marketing, and monetization, is seeking a dynamic Partner Manager to join our Monetization Department. Since 2015, we've been at the forefront of the podcasting industry, representing over 70 podcasts with 30 million monthly downloads. Our clients include renowned names like Freakonomics Radio, NPR, and Harvard Business School.
Position Overview:
As a Partner Manager, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our advertising operations and partner relationships. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll interact with a diverse range of stakeholders within The Podglomerate ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include growing our ad sales service line, developing new relationships, and refining our cross-promo network structure. This role offers significant growth potential within our rapidly expanding department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement cross-promo network models.
- Serve as the primary contact for monetization partners.
- Onboard new ad sales partners and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
- Supervise ad operations and manage future team members.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of direct podcast experience in ad sales, operations, or production.
- Proven success in relationship management and a detail-oriented role.
- Exceptional communication skills and adaptability to rapidly changing priorities.
- Proficiency in digital media and sourcing platforms.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $60-75k/year, plus up to 10% bonus based on performance.
